Thanks to Matt Walters, Lee Stofer, and Bloke

Post by Antontuba »

Thanks to Matt, Lee and Bloke for helping with mouthpieces for my 981 (use a DW 3 which I like a lot, but wanted to try others) at the Army Conference Saturday. All three were very busy and found time to give a listen, was a pleasure to meet the man behind the famous Bloke posts.

Bloke Imperial, don't remember the rim configuration, it was the "in between" cut, tapered inner I believe. The others I tried were really good, my ear helpers told me good but not for me (hard hearing under the bell). I'll certainly use it for community band, might stay with the DW 3 for orchestra.
