Oystein Baadsvik in Woodbury, MN

Oystein Baadsvik will be in concert with the Minne-Brass (a 20 piece brass group from the Minnesota Brass). Concert is at King of Kings Church in Woodbury Minnesota, March 10th at 7 p.m. Additionally, There is a possibility of a well known to all of you guest to play a duet with Oystein. I will name that guest when it is confirmed. Tickets are available on iTickets. This is an inexpensive concert. $10.

I'm waiting for confirmation of the NDSU Wind Symphony spring tour (we'll be in the Twin Cities area). Assuming things work out I'll be there and will be bringing a group with me.

Plans are getting a bit more solid. I can now say the Dave Werden has been invited to play a duet with Oystein at this event. He is checking his schedule, but has said he thinks this would be fun. I would say the likelihood of him joining Oystein is very high. Since these two have never played together before, it should be fun to hear. Tickets are available on Itickets. The duet is now confirmed. They will be playing Aria from Cantata No. 78. This is the euphonium duet arranged by Dave Werden. Dave will also be playing one additional solo piece.

This is the first time Oystein and Dave have met and will be the first time they have played a duet together.
