Cronkhite Gig Bag for YBB 321 BBb tuba

My new bag has arrived and it looks terrific. However, here is today's dumb question. When you unzip the bag, does it matter which side you put the horn on? Thanks for the help.

The bell should be i the wide part....

Thanks for the help! I had apparently put it leadpipe up already and bell at the widest part.
