Sparke Tuba Concerto - 3.5.2013 - U of Utah

It's my great honor to perform Philip Sparke's Tuba Concerto with the University of Utah Wind Ensemble at the beginning of March. Full details below. Not sure that I'll be able to work out a live stream for this one, but I'll see what I can do. Hope to see some of you area folks there!

This ensemble will also be on tour in the Portland (OR) and San Francisco areas the following week, with the Sparke in our repertoire. I'll post dates soon, particularly for concerts when we'll definitely program the concerto. Cheers!

I had the privilege of hearing Adam play last night. It was superb, he did a fantastic job. The ensemble is heading to the West Coast next week starting in Portland and heading South from there. Adam is a wonderful musician and a great guy. If you have the opportunity to catch a performance you will be well rewarded.
