Gemeinhardt / BMB
Can somebody clarify what involvement Gemeinhardt now has with BMB tubas? WIth all the twists and turns of the last few years I am confused as to what if any involvement they now have.

Re: Gemeinhardt / BMB
This dates to about 1 year ago, but seems to pretty well explain how they came to be, why they're named what they're named, where they are made, Nirschl's involvement, Gemeinhardt's involvement, and BMB's role.

I have no idea what the story is TODAY, but this connects the dots and satisfies my own curiosity about these instruments.
