Not sure what happened, but when you get your money back, a few options I would consider:

-- Resend by FedEx (again, I've only done this within the US, but I would *guess* it would still be quick within Canada... it's a company, not a government agency).

-- Use PayPal and eat the fees. It's not *that* bad, all things considered.

-- Drive to Canada and get it myself.

I don't know Bort...I'm almost sick...It I guess is on it's way to the destination?!I checked USPS they track it to Portland,O Then Canada said they got it..Even reconised it was registered!That was Fri..Then Sunday I checked even though they wern.t open.. Canada then said there was nothing there!!I checked on Mon.by telephone to the canada postoffice.they said the letter was sent back??So I checked with USPS They show everything but the trip to CANADA??!!It seems to be eraced..funny..It was back in N.Y. and sent back out on the 2nd...I don't know weather it's comming back to me or going to To Tubadoor?? Isn't this crazyee???bummer.......................................BB

If tubadoor doesn't get the check, just cancel the check and pay via paypal. You might have to pay a little more, but you should not have to stress about this.

Hi everybody Tubadoor still hasn't received his Certified Check!!The intersting story is they denie ever having it in Vancouver!! even though I saw it on there site!!Well now it's supposed to be in Vancouver sitting in customs...and hopefully delivered tomorrow...This check was sent out on the 19th of Feb...WOW what a long time!! Now I'm afraid of how long it's going to take to get the Tuba??Can I sue someone.. anyone..!! for my ulser I'm getting??<s> BB

You are not alone Bob. One Cronkhite gig bag from Los Angeles to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada by way of the United States Postal Service and Canada Post arrives in 4 days. The second bag left Los Angeles on the 22nd of February by way of the same carriers and is "expected" to arrive this coming Wednesday, 21 days later!! Patience is more than a virtue when dealing with these two corporations. Hang In There and post a picture of yourself with the new horn when it arrives!
