I'm needing some help. I'm in the process of reworking an old 1915ish Conn Helicon. Primarily
for sentimental reasons. It is an old Navy Helicon with an nice gold embossed anchor and USN on it,
as well as engraving of "Great Lakes Naval Training". It is apparent some else had tried to take it apart
in the past, do to the Dremel cutting of a ferrel on one of the inside smallest branches. So this brings me
to the purpose of this thread.
Does any one have an old ferrel from a an old Conn which is approximately
1.25" in diameter. I'm at the office today when I thought of this. I will post a picture of this Monday or
Tuesday. It is a silver ferrel, but it will probably be plated eventually. PM me or leave a note here.
Thanks, Tundra
