I like the 1st set out of Keith Johnson's book, "Progressive Studies for the High Register".

They resemble Jacobs' flow study or as it is often called, turn exercise which are also helpful.

Guggenberger Trumpet Basics Plus - trumpet version. He writes the Cichowicz flow studies as duets so you can play them with a friend and work on tuning at the same time. Excellent book.

Another vote for the Vince Cichowicz flow studies. It's the only book I never skip in daily playing.

Is the Cichowicz a trumpet book? Is there a version for tuba?

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned David Vining's excellent book of flow studies.

Mine is. I got it when I was studying trumpet at Northwestern. It was one of those course material binders that we bought from the local copy shop, as opposed to a published collection that you could buy in the normal way. The opening pages are hand written by Cichowicz with notes. The rest are a collection of studies from other books, many of which are remarked by Cichowicz for use as a "flow study".
