What would you suggest?

Okay, I'm far from being a professional tuba player but I think the PT-88 has a similar demension in terms of width but not sure for the other parts that you want. Forgive me if I'm mistaken.

Mike Finn 3H will get you really close, and I like his stuff a lot. But it sounds like you have a design clearly enough in mind that you might as well get something custom made. Check Doug Elliott for that.

What I have in that general zone is the Marcinkiewicz H series. It comes in varying depths, from the reasonably deep H1 to a little shallow H4.

The questionable matches:
  • the rim is a little flattened, but not more so than usual.
  • the cup is supposed to be funnel shaped, but isn't as much so as a Conn mouthpiece would be.
