American Fanfare - Composer???

Does anybody have any idea who the composer is of this piece? I have looked EVERYWHERE online & can't find any other recordings of it or any info. at all on this.
It's NOT the Rick Kirby "An American Fanfare" and it's NOT the John Wasson "American Fanfare" and it's NOT the "American Fanfare" by Senad (Sandy) Mehinoviv. The only other piece I could find with this same title was by James M. Stephenson but it doesn't appear to be that one either, but I can't find any recordings or samples, so I'm not entirely sure.

There's another "American Fanfare" here:

Composer is Sharon Moe-Miranda. This one is is for Brass and Tymps, so its probably not what you're looking for.

I also found "An American Fanfare" by Patrick Valentino (probably not relevant, but there's a couple of samples here)

http://patrickvalentinomusic.com/compos ... /v123.html

And "American Fanfare" by Don Cleary (for orchestra)

I also found references to pieces named "American Fanfare" by J Smith, Bo Ayars, Adolphus Hailstork, and Victor Herbert (but no scores, MP3s, etc. for any of these)

It appears it is the Stephenson, although I've not found an audio sample or a score I can match up. If it is, then here is a link to a performance by the Air Force Heritage of America Band's CD with it as the last track.
