Free Low Brass Recital 7/27 (Chicago Suburbs)

This upcoming Saturday, I'm having a free recital with a fellow U of I graduate. Joshua Sove (that's me) is playing euphonium and tuba, and Jim Buel is playing trombone. We'll be performing works by Telemann, Haydn, Piazzola, Cosma, DeLuca, and more. It should be about an hour's worth of music, and basically all tonal (since we're talking about music majors I figured it would be prudent to point that out). And we're serving refreshments afterward! Feel free to bring friends and/or family.

The venue is Lombard Church of the Nazarene (536 N. Columbine Ave., Lombard IL; basically on 53 between St. Charles and North Ave.), and start time is 6 pm on Saturday, July 27th. Hope to see you there!
