Carmen Dragon America for brass band?

Carmen Dragon's version of America the Beautiful: does anyone know of a decent arrangement for large brass ensemble?
Or is it time for someone to make one?

Thanks, bloke - I found that one too but it appears to be for rental only (I should have specified that we want to own it). I sent an email to the Carmen Dragon people to ask about other options but we'd like to have the piece in our library and neither want to rent it every time we want to pull it out at a concert nor are we willing to copy it.

As Bloke said above, from what I remember Dragon's arrangements are rental only and there is no permission available to allow for a third party BB arrangement.
