I don't know where the seller got his information but it sure looks like a high/low pitch Bb euphonium to me.

Information probably from a horn expert (in my business the boss's nephew is a "computer expert").

But even simply being high/low pitch would make it worth 20+ times its market value, wouldn't it?

Jeez one could buy a usable Yamaha 4v for that kind of money.
