Hey guys and gals, got another one posted. It's a bit "wordy" in the preamble but I felt it needed some discussion before launching into the study. You'll enjoy the Jake-Shake I start getting close to the end of the study. This one really kicks your butt. Nothing too sexy, just bare-bones fundamentals focus. Hope you like it.
