Unintended Sousaphone Neck/Bit Protector

Post by Kirley »

Hey, y'all.
I got tired of rolling up my sousaphone neck and bits in a towel and then wrapping them with a rubber band. I figured there's got to be a better solution.

I found this Neotech product intended for saxes:

The dimensions seemed close enough so I went ahead and ordered one.

It works great! I just got it so I can't speak to it's durability but my conn neck/bits and LOUD LM-12 fit nicely.

The product is called the Neotech SaxPac.

Great idea - thanks for sharing. Is the color you have the color they labeled "steel" on their website?

That looks like a much better solution than the sousaphone accessory pouch that I have been using, which is this one:

It does have dividers inside, but they aren't particularly protective.
