Pistons or Rotors

If they were glued/epoxied or plated to the instrument as a finish, which would you prefer:

Piston finish or Rotor finish

I think I'd want a rotor finish, but with some piston accents, especially some perpendicular pistons

When I was dating my (now for 36 years) wife i was invited over for dinner and her mom made a baked alaska I've never forgot: Chocolate Mint Chip ice cream over brownies, baked in merengue (sp?).
