It sure looks a lot like my 1926 Holton, particularly the length and bracing on the leadpipe.

If it works and plays as well as stated, that price is fair to good. Older Holtons (i.e., not "collegiate") are not coming up for sale too much nowadays. I had a "Revelation" sousaphone a while back and it had a nice big sound and still played OK despite worn valves. Having the correct neck/bit setup will save hundreds off finding a deal on eBay and having to track down the right parts.

The neck looks like it is correct. They were different on the older revelation models...check out the pictures in this blog post.
