Jupiter 582 2nd Valve Slide Orientation

I see some pictures where the 2nd valve slide goes straight out horizontally. I see others where the 2nd valve slide is angled up. Which is the current production?

It used to be diagonal. Currently at right angle to other tubing. Still a water-catcher, and still won't pull out far enough for BB-natural. Aside from that quibble, it's a good tuba. Best-kept secret is the dual bore.
