This player got a pretty big sound out of what looks like a 4/4 rotary F. What brand? Good question.

The thumb ring placement looks like a MW. Not sure if other brands have that arrangement as well.

I agree that it looks like an older style MW. Tough to be sure from that angle, in a 1.5-second clip, though.

Nah. Wrong Key (CC) for the time this was recorded (the VPO, if nothing else, is tradition bound, a CC wouldn't have been acceptable of Brahms), this tuba is much smaller, and the slide set up up screams a Meinl F.
