Wade,
I know a little about music contractor problems, having personally been involved in a few incidents many years ago. If only contractors were consistently of the quality of this lady.

Re: Contractor Rantlet
This is the biggest headache I face regularly. I contract for a 40's style big band, a jazz combo, a brass quintet, and a Civil War reenactment band. People not responding to emails and calls is maddening. I realize that was not the case with you, Wade, but it is a real pain. I find that college students (who SHOULD be grateful for ANY non-academic gig) are the absolute worst. Grrr.
