I haven't seen one of those in a while, so I wasn't sure if they were taller/shorter or fatter/more narrow than those other models. Thanks.

The MTS 1209V will accommodate your Yamaha YBB-641. It's even mentioned in the blurb beneath the case's picture on their site.
