New on tuba stuff

Hi guys, i was a trumpetist but because of my lips vibration and because of their size i changed for tuba a few days ago and now i need help. I want to buy a tuba for start/addapting for the instrument and my teacher said i have to buy a sib tuba so im thinking about this tuba. Is your teacher a tuba expert able to test this tuba?

The price may not be especially high, but if the tuba does not really work your money may be lost.

Please have your teacher try this or another tuba before you buy. I am familiar with this Cousenon BBb and it is generally a very poor tuba, producing little sound and a worse tone. It is quite small. Even at a low price, a bad horn is never a good value.

The consistently worst playing tubas I have ever touched.

I bet it isn't easy to find a good but economical used tuba there. If you could spend 3 times as much, I see there's a silver plated Besson compensating BBb, in Caldas de São Jorge if I read that right, on olx.pt. It would be equally important to test it first, but if it's in good condition, I believe that tuba has an excellent reputation.

If you want to ask about other tubas you see online, feel free to ask, here or in the "ebay" forum, which despite its name will often consider other similar online sales. Your English is bastante bom, but you will get best results if you can think of a subject title that says something about the question you want to ask.

or you could just start studying the development system called The Balanced Embouchure and your lips will learn to play the trumpet just fine.

Thanks guys for your answewrs. I never thought that tubas couesnon were bad because the trumpets/flugelhorn are awesome.
1500 euros its too much because i dont know if i want to change that is the problem i need to try a tuba but for try a need something acceptable. I will try to talk to the guy of the sao jorge tuba. other problem is i bought a new trumpet 2 months ago and i paied 2200 euros

Couesnon flugelhorns are among the best in the world for their dark, smoky, piquant, inimatable tone. The rest of their instruments (to be polite) do not share that reputation. I would suggest looking for another tuba.
