For you to claim that your statement isn't political is pure bullshit, and you know it. You're entitled to your opinion, although I don't appreciate your attitude. I am not attempting to argue with the point you're making, although I am quite tempted to do so, but that would make MY post political, and make ME a hypocrite. You know what you were doing. Don't try to claim you don't.

I stand by my original response.

Hi Ray-
Sorry you think my response was political. It truly is not--I am just dumbfounded that people don't see or don't want to see what is happening ...to say climate change is not happening is like saying the sky is green and the grass is blue...I guess we can just agree to disagree...

The great Vin Sculley once said the following:

"Now coming to bat is Jones who was just called up to cover for Smith who is listed as day-to-day. Well, aren't we all."

To Quote Keith Olbermann:

"For all of you scoring at home, especially those who are scoring alone, that was a 6-4-2 Double Play"

My only gripe is that my post has absolutely no relevance at all. Nice day, don't we?

The French? They typify the following: why be merely self-centered, when, with a minimum of additional effort, you can be disgustingly xenophobic?!

Thunderstorms...

Planes can fly over and around them, but can't take off or land in them. I've been trying to get out of the Boston area all afternoon, was cancelled at 2 different airports now. Time to get a car and drive.

I don't mind the "bumps" as long as he doesn't "grind" at the same time. That would constitute a "gripe".

It doesn't necessarily mean that it will be like that forever. I ran the matrix of my left middle fingernail through a table saw 30 odd years ago and was embarrassed for anyone to see it for 10 years. All of a sudden it returned to normal and stayed that way for ten. Then over a period of 2 or 3 years it gradually deformed again until now the nail looks ok but I have some weird looking growth on the cuticle that I have to remove every couple of weeks. At least you can wear socks Wade.
