Anybody had any experience with the repairs and refinishing at this facility?

I played a Conn 20J they had refurbished and it was in great condition.
I have bought many new Miraphones from Stan, but only had one experience with their repair techs and it was good. The store is 3 stories and one whole story is for instrument repair techs.
Good people.

I've purchased a few items from them... like cases and such. Always seemed fair.

I have bought a case from them also. It was a very serviceable, well made case. The price was lower than most operations who even had tuba cases available.

I spent a ton of money with them over the years on instruments for my classrooms, many of which were refurbished horns done in their shop. I have never had any issues with any of the instruments and their customer service has always been top notch. I've never had any direct experience with their repair shop, but after dealing with them over the years, and from what I've heard from friends who have had work done, I would not hesitate to have them do some work for me. I also had the opportunity to tour their facilities and must say that I was very impressed with their repair department.
