As an Eb player, I play Blokepieces most often. The universal for me is the Imperial. I find the solo #2 works best for me on the helicon and the symphony for the Kanstul. If I had to choose just one it would be the Imperial. For the Bubbie, the only thing that works for me is the Wedge SJ Solo. That also works good on the helicon.

It allows me to get a tone easily on my tuba. The stepped design makes it easy to play both half and whole steps easily.
You know what they say, right? E-Z Tone is E-Z T'one ("easy to own")

Ok, that's terrible... :P

I'm partial to my own mouthpiece that Terry Warburton was kind enough to put into production. Works for me.

I grew up on a Bach 18, ....but Mike Finn's MF3H has been my favorite for the past 9 years or so.....

I guess there are more choices now than ever, but a remarkably similar thread here.

Many a true word...
The Denis Wick #2 and 2L are based on the E-Z-Tone, and for a reasonably large E-flat tuba they are hard to beat.
(According to Steven Wick "This is the mouthpiece I used for many soundtracks including Star Wars, Alien, and The Pink Panther Strikes Again.") Not much appreciated by American tubists, who favour the brighter, soloistic sound of the DW3.
