I am looking for a way to extend my fourth valve button straight up. I had an eraser from a pencil rubber cemented on but it falls off a lot and I am looking for a new remedy. I found a thing in the archives that extended them sieways but I don't need it moved to the side at all, just up. Thanks for the help in advance.

As bloke mentioned, you'll need to have the valve adjusted after this. Depending on the change, thicker felts would probably work, but you'll want somone to make sure the ports are re-aligned.Tubaryan12 wrote:That's a great idea....just try the temp solutions 1st to get the exact height you want.Have a longer stem machined for the horn - Oberloh, Bloke, Dan Schultz.
Maybe a custom button instead?
How much higher are we talking?
