Same mouthpiece all the way. She takes off a semitone tuning bit, while the band modulates.

As Klaus noted... Alphorns are usually convertible between F and F# (or Gb as the locals say it). My Alphorn has about an 8" extension to put it in F.

Yeah! This is how all we swiss guys and girls look like! :mrgreen:

By the way, the most respected musician in that video is Nicolas Senn who plays the hammered dulcimer.
Three years ago he played together with the swiss army central band at the Basel Tattoo. That was very impressive.
