Dang, that sucks. Serious question -- how do German horns get delivered? Air cargo, or by boat "the long way"?

... and that's only part of the problem. The shale oil in the Northern tier of the Midwest has been using all of the rail capacity that it can get its hands on. Several of my clients in the Great Lakes region are having difficulty getting their supplies from/products into the rail traffic system.
