Hey, Ryan -

The application says $55 for Artist entry, $30 for the late fee, and $35 for the comments, so I'm going to send $120. But if it says something else elsewhere on the website, you should notify them.

From the website, I didn't see any rules that forbid writing on the CD. If there are, too bad for me. :( Oh well, life goes on.
