Give a man a fish and feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he'll sit in a boat drinking beer all day!

Give a conductor a baton and the audience will be delighted
Strike a conductor with lightning and the orchestra will be delighted.

Seems like it takes a lot for a tuba to get the Bloke seal of approval. Must be the real deal! Congrats!
