Question -- do you have the original tuning slide? That is, as a high-pitch horn, is it just as pitchy? Or did adding that tubing make it get squirrely?

The important question that was asked, but not answered: as a high pitch instrument, without the extensions, are the octaves better in tune to itself? Ignore the overall pitch for a bit. ..just the original instrument.
And, Eb or BBb??
