Conn Pan American Eb Tuba
What would be the a good price you would pay for a 3-valve conn pan-american eb tuba? I know that these are good horns and it has a nice engraving on it. Thanks.

Ian is right on the money.
Having bought 2 of these at various times, I'd say $200 - $400, depending on the condition of the valves.
Almost every one of this particular model that I've seen (both Conn and Pan American) has played quite flat.
