Double Flight Case

Post by Kory101 »

Has anyone here ever heard of (or made?) a double flight case. For say, a CC and F tuba?

heard of it, yes. Never have seen one. Seems like weight would be quite the issue. It's bad enough with just one tuba.

Depending on the tubas, might be tricky to keep that under the maximum weight.

Scott down at Greune (pronounced Green) Road Cases in New Braunfels, Texas can make a flight case for anything. I know he typically does amp, stringed instrument, drum, and gun cases, but I'm sure if you give him the dimensions, he can do it. Not sure about a website, but he is definitely on Facebook.
