Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you all know some information regarding some performances at MWRTEC next weekend.

Friday, 1:30 PM, Bryan Room - John DiCesare and Tom Lukowicz, tubas. Steven Aldredge, Piano

Friday, 4:30 PM, Choral Room - Pittsburgh Tuba Project (John DiCesare, Tom Lukowicz, Brian McBride, Tyler Schwirian)
- Gabrielli, Canzona per Sonare No. 2
- Beethoven, Symphony 5, 1st mvmt
- Prokofiev, Excerpts from Romeo and Juliet

Saturday, 10:30 AM, Choral Room - Wright State University Tuba Euphonium Ensemble (and University of Akron)

- Scheidt, Galliard Battaglia
- Bruckner, Ave Maria
- Grieg, Funeral March

Saturday, 10:30 AM, Conrad Room - John DiCesare and Louisville Low Brass

Saturday, 4:30 PM, Conrad Room - Tom Lukowicz lecture, "Note Grouping: creating a musical GPS for performance"

Cool name. I have done the Brandenburg #2 (trumpet part) twice on F tuba with a compressed score played on piano; I would high recommend it at least once.
