Old Mirafone 186. Different from the current 186s. Notice the bell taper -- it's more like an old Meinl or Alex. Sweeter/more colorful in tone and a little lighter in weight than the current ones. As for the crack, I'd sand/clean it, then solder it or put a couple strips of copper foil tape over it and be done with it.
