I don’t think this tuba looks like it did when it left the factory.
The bell has a much wider flare than usually seen in European tuba designs.
It looks like there was a lot of bell soldering at the height of the leadpipe. Also a lot of soldering around the large ferrules.
Normally clock-springs would be combined with S-links.
The flanges exclude B&S as the maker, so the 45° entry and exit from the valve block might point towards Bohland & Fuchs.
