Dan Oberloh finally got it into the shop last week and we pulled the valves in order to send them off to Anderson's to be replated.
I had no idea of how large they actually were until they were removed from the horn.
Since in many ways I am technologically unsophisticated, I was unable to put the photos in this post - however I do have the links and I will depend on my more savvy bretheren to import the photos for me.
This link shows the York valve block on one side and a replacement .750 M-W valve block on the other. Note that the York valve block is nearly 1.5" longer than the M-W valve block.
