Do the musicians still need to be paid for the concert?
Yes. According to the current collective bargaining agreement, musicians are to be paid for any services that are canceled less than 45 days in advance. Musicians will now have to be paid the per service compensation. They will not be paid mileage since they are not traveling for the concert week.
