Here is what I usually use:

There is a box where you can type in the city/state and it will pull it up on the map. Below the map you can set the range for time that you wish to be taken into account.

The National Interagency Fire Center has regional forecasts for fire potential. Although primarily concerned with wildland fires, this may have some relevance to your inquiry.

It appears that fire potential for western Tennessee is below normal for October and will be normal for November.
