Has anyone does business with them before? I'm considering purchasing a horn from them and having it shipped to MN. Thanks.

Yes, I have done business with Uwe Schneider. He is a professional free-lance tubaplayer and teacher with a special interest in tubas made in the former Bohemia (the region around Graslitz/Kraslice, Markneukirchen, Mittenwald etc., now on both sides of the border of Czechia and Germany). He is an outstanding expert in that field.
Uwe is very active in finding pre-WW II instruments (e.g. in Eastern Europe), giving them a new life by restoration and selling them to people who are interested in that kind of instruments. Because he has built a vast network, people address him also to sell their modern instruments for them.
Out of our contacts I have gained the conviction that his love for the tuba and his fellowship to colleague-tubists is more important for him than making the best profit. From my personal experience I would call him a reliable business partner, who asks very moderate prices.
