FS/FT Five-valve Alexander 163

Post by nathanecunningham »

I have a great example of an Alex 163 that I believe is from the early 80's. It has really easy response and slotting in the fourth and fifth partials feel a lot closer together unlike a lot of other examples. This is definitely the easiest 163 to play out of the 6 or 7 others I have ever tried, that being said it definitely has the regular Alex tuning tendencies.
I would be interested in trading for a 4/4 or 5/4 CC tuba. PM me to discuss further if you are interested in trading. Will sell with Sterling gig bag for $6750. PM for pictures.

Thanks

Horn is in Houston Texas. I would be particularly interested in trading for a New Yorker, pt-606 or similar.
