Is the 4/5J valve-set the same as used on the 12J? I like the stubby, short-stroke valves on a 12J and was just curious if the 4/5J was the same, just four valves instead of three.
That might be the valve set I go for if/when I ever get going on a project I'd like to try.
Thanks!

Re: Conn valve-set question
To my knowledge... the pistons are shared between the 12J and 15J tubas but not the 4J or 5J.
5J pistons are still available but none of the others are.

And none of those are the same as 14k/36k valves?
