Hi all,
I'm interested in a possible way of build lung capacity. I'm a runner and have seen some people use elevation masks while running. While reviews are mixed on whether it helps runners, I'm wondering if the benefits could apply to building lung capacity. Has anyone tried this before?
Here's a link to some details about it: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/do-elev ... -work.html" target="_blank" target="_blank

Not sure if anyone could help on this but thought I'd try!
Thanks!

Re: Building/training lung capacity
You cannot "build" lung capacity. You have the same lung capacity no matter what you do. Your lungs don't grow or get bigger like muscles. You can improve your control and ability to utilize more of your capacity though. Look in to "The Breathing Gym" by Sam and Pat.
