This auction nominally is about a Conn #2 tuba mouthpiece, but the neck coming with it caught my attention, because I only have first hand knowledge of Conn necks and bits. Of course it is damaged and there is a Conn bit attached, but it should be recognizable.

Re: Which brand/model of neck?
At first glance, I thought it was an American King neck. However... if it was, the Conn bit would not fit.
The neck on my Bohm & Meinl helicon looks similar and will receive Conn bits. I think there is a fair chance that Bohm & Meinl (or perhaps another European maker) produced the neck in question.

The receiver looks to have the same rounded end as the bit. Possibly a Pan American Conn neck that lost the C shaped brace and bent flat at the receiver.

Wouldn't doubt that neck and bit have been randomized. Most bits will take a mouthpiece, and most take a neck. Conn bits in particular are omnivores - they stick to anything.
