Tiger Plastic Tuba now Coolwind

Newly the Tiger Tuba in Germany are offered as Coolwind Tuba.
New colors: Darker blue, purple and orange. Price is about 1/3 lower.

Purple would be cool. I'm sure it still sounds hollow. :|

No, the Tiger sounds full and is good in tune, but needs much air and has a difficult speech(?). Nothing for children imo.

I know, I own one. It does take a lot of air. Plays a lot differently than a brass horn. Still, is fun to goof off with.

Any place in the US carry this? I think it's a cool idea but would love to try it out.
1948 Holton 122 (brass lacquer with 26” bell)
1929 Conn 38K (satin silver with 26” gold wash bell)
1936 Conn 40K (silver with 24” bell)

Buy in Germany for 999 EUR.
With luck I payed for my black Coolwind 898 EUR. :D
