Newly the Tiger Tuba in Germany are offered as Coolwind Tuba.
New colors: Darker blue, purple and orange. Price is about 1/3 lower.

No, the Tiger sounds full and is good in tune, but needs much air and has a difficult speech(?). Nothing for children imo.

I know, I own one. It does take a lot of air. Plays a lot differently than a brass horn. Still, is fun to goof off with.

"speech"==>Do you mean "Ansprache"? If so we say "response" for a brass instrument. leichte Ansprache=easy response
