I am the the first owner of this instrument. It is currently in Greensboro, NC. This was the instrument I used when I toured with Tim Zimmerman and the King's Brass and I used it for over 100 shows. It's a good instrument but I just bought a new to me e flat tuba and the wife has told me to sell one of my other instruments. Currently the bell is being rolled out. It was damaged on my last flight with the King's Brass. I had the strap ring removed. It got in the way of the harness I was using for shows. I still have the ring and will include it with the instrument. The valves and slides work well. The intonation is very good, I only pull the first valve slide for the f in the staff. Case is the factory semi-hard case. I have never used it so, it's in pretty good shape. I will have pictures when it is out of the shop.

The price for tuba and case is $1,000 plus shipping costs.

The tuba has been sold.

I did not see a 410 listed in the current Tuba exchange models. May I assume that it is like other 410s, eg, Mack Brass?

Good price and within driving distance to me (just over the mountains) ... wish I wasn't paying income tax right this minute.

It is the same 410 that Mack Brass has, the copy of the Miraphone 186.

I think I've gotten to all of the emails. Sorry for the slight delay but, dissertation editing had to get done. The tuba is still available. If I didn't get back to you, that email has been lost in the depths of my inbox and I'll try to get back to you asap.
