I'm happy to clean things up

Post by FarahShazam »

It's Farah C here. How can I help clean up all the crappy spam? I hear there are volunteers to help moderate. I'm just looking for a couple specific peoples. It's easy. When you get in and see something questionable, move it to "Moderator Pulled" and the other mods can take a peek and see if it should stay or not. If not, move it back, if so, leave it.

I think Wayne has been helping out some but believe he is moving on. (Thanks, Wayne!) :tuba:

the approval process is a bit tricky but no impossible to implement. Is there a captcha phrase that requires a human to enter in alphanumeric digits? If so, that would help.

I've seen hundreds of new use requests flood the inbox weekly, I could be wrong. The ones I've seen are fairly easy to discriminate between.

I'll keep an eye out there, too.

Or by an allegro. They're quicker.

I've appointed Mark Finley. He's going to appoint some help too. Be nice. :tuba:

I wasn't aware the captcha is malfunctioning. :| that's a drag.

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
