For sale is a fine example of an Alexander 163 cc tuba. It is in good condition, a few small dents, nothing severe, to be expected for an older horn. I replaced the bottom bow a few years ago after discovering some severe corrosion and cracking. The horn has 4 valves. I purchased it about 9 years ago from J.c Sherman, who in turn purchased it from Craig Knox. It has been a wonderful horn, but I must let it go to fund a new toy for the arsenal.
Price is 4500. I'm fearful of shipping, so I will drive a fair distance to meet a buyer or deliver the horn. Located in Cleveland, Ohio. Any questions, feel free to pm me. Pics forthcoming.
