Super C Music Products

Post by TheGoyWonder »

Anybody ever used Super C Music Products? They have a lot of tuba parts. Over a dozen, wow! Possibly the largest publicly advertised inventory ever.

Anyways I ordered stuff 3 weeks ago and they don't answer emails or their phone. Considering cancelling the charges and grovelling for the parts onTubenet. Any other experiences with this merchant?

Bunch of posts like this on the Trumpet forums:
This is just a warning. I recently ordered some spare parts from Super C Music products (two items were ordered and paid for on the 10th of December 2015) and I have still not received them, despite numerous emails! No replies are ever received - just a stony silence. I believe they are a lousy and inefficient company, formally called The Band Room who have changed their name because of previous bad service! Caveat emptor!

If this company "Super C" is a reincarnation of the "Band Room", I recommend staying away from them at all costs.

Anything they've got can be had from reputable companies like Allied, Ferrees, or Badger State.
