Wade... I'm here with Windjammers and have spoken with both the librarian and the VP of a major publishing company. Neither have knowledge of that title. It was suggested that the tune could have been published under a different title.
Your best bet is to contact Richard Whitmarsh, director of the Southshore Concert Band.

That would have been my suggestion, too. I did check with the Chatfield Music lending library [Mn] and they do not show it.
